Every business has hidden inefficiencies that cost thousands each year. Your staff know exactly where they are. They just need a way to tell you.

Your team wastes hours every week on repetitive tasks, broken processes, and manual workarounds. Most of it goes unreported because there's nowhere to report it.
Staff spend 30 minutes a day on a workaround? That's over 130 hours a year, per person. Multiply that across your team and the numbers are staggering.
Your team knows what's broken. But without a structured way to report it, the same complaints echo in corridors and never reach decision-makers.
Without data, you can't tell a minor grumble from a £50,000 problem. Pain Points gives you the numbers to make informed decisions.
A business owner wanted to ask their team three simple questions:
"Which tasks are you personally doing every week that really shouldn't be on your plate?"
"Which process in your business is a bit of a mess right now?"
"Where would you spend time if you had an extra 15 hours back each week?"
The plan was to email the entire company. But emails get buried, replies trickle in, there's no structured way to collate the answers, and nobody else sees what's been said. The responses sit in one person's inbox with zero visibility across the business.
The team needed a proper channel to surface these problems, not an email thread. And leadership needed the data to prioritise what to fix first. We couldn't find a tool that did both. So we built one.
One workaround. Thirty minutes a day. Sounds harmless.

One workaround. One problem nobody reported. And most businesses have dozens.
From frustration to resolution in five clear steps. The platform does the maths so you can make the decisions.
Staff describe the problem, select a category, and estimate how often it happens and how long it takes. The platform does the rest, calculating the annual cost automatically.
Staff submit pain points describing what's wrong, how often it happens, and how long it takes each time.
The platform calculates a baseline annual cost automatically. Colleagues who share the same pain point click "I have this too" and the cost scales up.
During discovery, accurate costs are determined based on the affected team members and their actual salaries.
See exactly which problems cost the most, affect the most people, and have the biggest business impact.
Pain points move through a clear lifecycle: Backlog, Discovery, Scoping, Approved, In Progress, Completed. When a problem gets solved, the team celebrates.
Reporting pain points shouldn't feel like a chore. The platform is built to keep people engaged and leadership informed.
Points, badges, leaderboards, streaks, and real physical rewards set by your organisation. Borrowed from the best consumer apps because the psychology works. People genuinely want to use it.
The platform calculates what each pain point costs the business annually. When colleagues confirm they have the same problem, the cost scales up automatically.
Pain points are ranked by annual cost so leadership can see at a glance which problems are worth fixing first.
Staff can propose fixes and vote on them. The best ideas surface naturally. Leadership accepts or rejects directly in the platform.
Every pain point moves from Backlog through to Completed. Leadership manages the entire journey with full visibility at every stage.
Each customer gets their own organisation. Staff log in with their existing Microsoft 365 credentials. No new passwords, no new accounts.
For the sensitive issues people won't put their name to. Hidden from colleagues, visible to administrators. They still get captured.

Pain Points is a business inefficiency tracking platform that lets employees report the frustrations and manual workarounds wasting their time. It automatically calculates the annual cost of each problem and uses gamification (badges, leaderboards, streaks, and real rewards) to keep the team engaged in continuous improvement.
When an employee submits a pain point, they estimate how often it happens and how long it takes each time. The platform multiplies frequency by duration by hourly cost to produce a baseline annual figure. When colleagues confirm they share the same pain point, the cost scales up automatically. During the discovery phase, accurate costs are calculated using actual salary data for the affected team members.
More than most people expect. For a team of 20 people, if each person spends just 30 minutes a day on a single workaround, that adds up to 2,500 hours per year. That is equivalent to more than £50,000 in wasted salary. Most businesses have dozens of these hidden inefficiencies running simultaneously, often involving tasks like manually copying data between systems, printing reports for wet signatures, or maintaining spreadsheet workarounds.

Yes. For sensitive issues that people won't put their name to, anonymous submissions are hidden from colleagues but remain visible to administrators. The pain points are still captured, costed, and managed through the same lifecycle.
